We offer a 14-day return window for full-priced items and a 7-day return window for sale items, starting from the day your order is delivered.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds on discounted pieces.

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as OF HERS cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

To be accepted for return, garments must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or marks
• Unaltered and suitable for resale

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, we may be unable to process your return.

Once your return arrives and is approved, refunds are processed within 5 working days.

After that, it may take an additional 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Yes, exchanges are welcome, subject to availability.

To secure your preferred size or style, please email us at hello@ofhers.co.nz before sending your return so we can reserve it for you if possible.

If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue you a store credit so you can choose something else you love.

We’re so sorry if this happens-  that’s not the OF HERS experience we want for you.

Please email hello@ofhers.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

At this stage, we do not offer free returns. This helps us keep our pricing considered and reduces unnecessary transport impact.
