At OF HERS, we aim to deliver your pieces as seamlessly as they fit into your wardrobe. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery timeframes, and international orders.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.
During collection launches, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, we appreciate your patience.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@ofhers.co.nz
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. OF HERS is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier first, then email us so we can assist where possible.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us at hello@ofhers.co.nz within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. Replacement or refund decisions are made once the courier investigation is complete.
Occasionally, we may ship items separately if part of your order is coming from a different location or becomes available at a later time. You will not be charged additional shipping for split deliveries initiated by us.
If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch date will be listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order and ship together unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping & Delivery
Your Of Hers order is carefully prepared for dispatch from Christchurch, New Zealand.
We aim to ensure your Of Hers order arrives smoothly and safely. Orders are dispatched via trusted courier partners.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
All deliveries require a signature upon arrival to ensure your order reaches you securely.
Complimentary shipping on all New Zealand orders over $250
Orders under $250 incur a $10 shipping fee.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Rural addresses may take an additional 1-2 working days
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 business hours via express courier. Please note that couriers do not collect parcels after 11am on Fridays or during the weekend.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Orders are shipped via NZ Post.
Tracked shipping is available for $40
Semi tracked shipping for $25
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
Please note that duties or taxes may be applied by Australian customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

In accordance with New Zealand export regulations, we are required to declare the full value of all items and cannot mark orders as gifts.
Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient
- OF HERS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
If a parcel is returned to Of Hers due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, redelivery costs may apply.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please email hello@ofhers.co.nz with your order number as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot amend delivery details once an order has been dispatched.
In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost during transit, Of Hers will work with the courier to complete an investigation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If tracking confirms successful delivery to the provided address, Of Hers is unable to accept responsibility for the parcel.
