All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We take care to ensure pricing is accurate but reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay, Klarna, Shop Pay and Shopify Payments.

All payments are processed securely via encrypted systems. OF HERS does not store your credit card or payment details.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where:

• A product is out of stock
• There is an error in pricing or product information
• We suspect fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.

We aim to keep our inventory up to date, however stock levels may occasionally vary. If an item you have purchased is unavailable, we will contact you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, details, and imagery are as accurate as possible. However:

• Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings
• Minor variations in fabric, finish or colour may occur
• Images are for illustrative purposes only

Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We operate in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items. Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit only, subject to our returns criteria.

Gift cards purchased from OF HERS:

• Are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
• Cannot be used to purchase another gift card
• Are valid for the period stated at purchase

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

All content on this website, including imagery, branding, logos, text, and design is the property of OF HERS and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
